L'Age d’Or plot

Set in the twentieth century, we follow Jeanne's extraordinary life. As a little girl, she grows up in her parents' butcher shop. In the roaring twenties, she travels to Brazil and Paris, hoping to fulfill her dream of becoming a countess. She also meets Guillaume de Barante and the daring Céleste. She also experiences the Second World War.
