The United States is overrun by rock & roll in 1959. However, four friends from Pasadena decide to leave for Central Avenue after they hear on the radio that legendary jazz musician Pope Dixon will be playing there. Unfortunately, the journey is not without problems and it is questionable whether they will reach their final destination.
