"They've saved the best trip for last... But this time they may have gone too far."
Doc Brown is stranded in 1885 and Marty travels back in time to rescue him. Unfortunately, the DeLorean runs out of gas and they have to figure out another way to get back to the future. They are hindered by an ancestor of Biff Tannen, who is after the life of Doc Brown.

Very good movie!! A little better than part 2 and just a little less than part 1.
Christopher Lloyd is great again here. Michael J. Fox and Lea Thompson are also good again. James Tolkan with that wig as the sheriff 
. Mary Steenburgen was also good.
This part looks a bit like a classic western. I've recently seen a few westerns and I also thought it was genius that Marty calls herself Clint Eastwood. Doc also had to start a relationship with someone once and the way in which here is just so typical that it's brilliantly hilarious again.
The effects here were also very good and the Cowboy sets were very well made.
Another very good and entertaining movie!

Like part 2... annoying.
Now this movie also makes the wrong decision by moving to the Wild West. Annoying setting, the light-hearted atmosphere in the film unfortunately doesn't matter much. It remains a dusty, brown affair that mainly causes irritation.
But what bothered me more here were Fox and Lloyd who were both stuck in scream mode. Just about every bit of dialogue is shouted at each other. A bit of a good thing when you have 2 hours of film ahead of you and it makes a pretty busy film almost completely unbearable.
Too bad because underneath all those negatives lies a cheesy but entertaining 80s vehicle. Effects are outdated but still just a bit charming, the soundtrack is annoying but the lightness that is draped over everything is acceptable.
Part 1 was still quite doable, parts 2 and 3 are too much of the "good". This series can be locked and closed again, this time for good.

Great third part. Back to the Future goes back in time to the Wild West. The result is a crazy adventure with our favorite characters Marty McFly and Dr. Emmett Brown. And the Delorean, of course. Perfectly acted again by Fox and Lloyd, with a nice supporting role by Steenburgen. The direction is smooth and playful and the combination of action and humor is again perfect. The futuristic approach of the first two parts is a bit loose, but the result is that there is a bit more inspiration and that there is a new world to discover. Top entertainment and a worthy ending.
