A Canadian summer camp is closed due to a pandemic. Young Julian Walsh must prepare the camp for Aaron Prince, a potential new buyer. The 22-year-old is rich, spoiled and secretly plans to convert the camp into a graphite mine. Clay, one of the owners of the camp, finds out about Aaron and tries to scare him into the sale. The plan almost works until someone is accidentally shot. To make matters worse, mysterious, deadly creatures appear and target everyone. Clay and Julian will have to join forces with Aaron and his friends to survive.
