"The cop who won't stop is back. But this time he's chasing down a lot more than a fugitive."

US Marshal Sam Gerard joins his veteran team on the hunt for the mysterious ex-secret agent Mark Sheridan, who escaped after the plane he was being transferred into with others crashed. Sam Gerard gets the support of secret agent John Royce, whose background he does not know. However, inmate Mark Sheridan is determined to stay out of the hands of Sam Gerard, so Gerard opens the hunt for him.
