The Money plot

"Who says money can't buy happiness?"

Richard is a prominent businessman with children. He becomes the target of a young unemployed man. Roland is the young man in question, and he hangs around the gambling capital Atlantic City, where he scrounges up money as a con man and gambler. When Roland's girlfriend is assigned to babysit Richard's children, the lives of the businessman and the con man collide. Roland sees an easy way to make a lot of money and decides to kidnap the children.
