The Item plot

"Something is dying to get out."

Four thugs get an anonymous customer over the internet. They are instructed to pick up an "Item" on a deserted island and keep it for twenty-four hours, after which it will be collected and they will be rewarded. After collection, the foursome returns to their apartment and they start to get curious about what's actually in the package, but they shouldn't have done that...
