Street Soldiers plot
The East Side is outlawed, because here Captain Priest and his gang rule by the only means they know: violence. A number of students are sick and tired of the daily terror they experience on the street and they try to clear the neighborhood of all the scum themselves under the name Tigers. However, the brutal Priest and his cronies are no match for the inexperienced Tigers. The situation gets even worse when Priest's girlfriend Julie defects to the Tigers.
