A very worthy sequel to kidulthood with some new characters and a lot from the previous movie. still the good english street atmosphere and good music. I think if you don't like the music and the hip-hop atmosphere you won't like the movie. I like it myself and think it's very well executed. Really liked the ending scene.

Nice sequel.
It's been a while since I've seen the first part. From what I remember this is a pretty straight forward sequel. In terms of story as well as style and appearance, this one picks up where Kidulthood left off.
Again quite a bit of Grime (Dizzee - Sirens 
), loads of split screens, London's scum and really cool British accents. It's not a pleasant world that is set up in this film, but it certainly feels relevant.
It took me a while before I could follow everything again, luckily you don't really have to have part 1 fresh in your memory to pick up quickly again. A short intro and a few references to the first part are enough to follow everything properly.
I remember the first part as just a bit more fun, probably also a bit more original in design. Adulthood is a nice sequel but doesn't add much to the original, except for 90 minutes in the same setting.
Certainly not wrong.

Better sequel.
More balanced than Kidulthood is this realistic-feeling drama about a group of criminal youth from London. Just like with the first part, it has the right visual tricks and a nice soundtrack. Slightly more straightforward than its predecessor, but turning the tables turns out to be a great choice. In particular, Clarke and Drew put in strong performances.
