Shadow of the Dragon plot

"When the shadow falls the terror begins."

A group of biological scientists from Nova Corporation makes an incredible breakthrough: a genetic human clone!! However, one of the scientists, Dr. Oh (Pat Morita), discovers a way to control the mind of the human clone as well. this is going too far for the Nova Corporation and he is fired. dr. Oh don't give up and take revenge on his ex-colleagues. He creates Takeru (Masa Funaki), cloned as the perfect and deadly fighting machine.
