Running Scared plot
"Every bullet leaves a trail."
After a drug deal goes awry and some dirty cops are killed, mobster Joey (Paul Walker) must get rid of the weapons used in the gunfight. Things get complicated when his neighbor's young son takes the gun from him and uses it to shoot his father. Once this happens, Joey has to work all night to find the boy, cover up the gunfight and get the weapon back, while his own mates and the police are after him.

That score... understand who wants to understand. Hyper-violent, hyperactive, hyper-styled, lots of name-calling and swearing and anger... oh, hyper-twice-nothing really... it all feels so unnatural that it quickly gets boring. All this theater serves no purpose, except to give the audience a cheap kick with kills and violence or to provoke a greasy laugh with tirades. Also the plot didn't bring me much news and the twists seemed to be the result of a cheap brainstorming session ... waaaaw, Walker turns out to be a police informer... never expected! 
... genius twist! . To give the appearance of depth everyone also has to say something about his father ...And then this shitty ending as the perfect ending to a shitty movie because why does he still have to feign his death when his opponents are dead anyway
When asked why I like movies like John Wick, Equalizer and even Hobo With a Shotgun and not this one, I only have one answer: at least those movies don't take themselves seriously.
There was a bright spot with that couple of pedophiles, but here too they only stick their chest out to be shot . I found it weak on almost all fronts.
