Rendel plot
"Revenge begets revenge."
Rämö is a good husband and a loving father who struggles with unemployment in the country. As a last resort to save his family from bankruptcy, he accepts a job with a criminal organization called Vala, run by the ruthless Mr. Erola and his son Rotikka. Rämö makes a terrible mistake in his new position. A mysterious woman whispers to him that every member of Vala must die. Rämö is now no longer the man he once was. He has become Rendel, whose only raison d'être is revenge.

Mediocre action film. The story is not very interesting and seems very similar to that of the Punisher. The structure is the biggest problem. With some confusing flashbacks, the film hangs together like loose sand. There is little to no tension. The action scenes look neat, but are not very spectacular. The acting is reasonable. Visually, the film looks nice. 2.0

Solid action movie from Finland. Superhero? Sort of, but without superpowers.
How does that work out? It's still quite doable, although it could have been a bit more stylish. For the rest, nice entertainment with the necessary action scenes and the old conspiracies that should not be missing. Typical characters from the underworld (from the Finnish city of Mikelli). For originality, you should not watch this film.
The transformation to Rendel and how that came about came out pretty well. Even though it's nothing more than a simple revenge topic.
Was entertaining, but not a high flyer. I won't see part 2 because all the Finns speak English. I'm a bit allergic to it. Just speak your own language.
