Recognize plot

"We Live by the code of the streets"

Derrill Davis, aka Dee Dee, is a used car salesman by day. When night falls, however, he turns into one of Atlanta's most feared and deadly mobsters. He welcomes partner Ray and commits a number of crimes including a robbery, hostage-taking and murders of known drug dealers. When Dee Dee gets a chance to take out one of the biggest drug dealers, ''Bingo'', for $1.3 million, he is faced with a difficult choice.
