Mole plot

Legend has it that an entire community of homeless people is kept in tunnels under Manhattan to keep them out of sight of the tourists. Reporter Susan Pei wants to find out what life is like and how they survive. She does this together with her cameraman Nick Murphy. She also enlists the help of Tom Stranton, a local tunnel expert. But when he gets lost, the three find themselves lost far beneath the streets of New York. When they try to find a way out, they find themselves in a terrifying battle with the dark around them, themselves and the mysterious underground inhabitants.
