A mad scientist, Dr. Brancov, together with two accomplices, opens the coffin in a crypt where Queen Mayra, a vampire from Transylvania, is buried. He takes the body to his lab where he brings her back to life. Mayra vows revenge on Santo, because one of his forefathers had exterminated her followers.
