Three years ago, Danny O'Brian managed to put the notorious murderer Simon Moon behind bars. His spectacular catch earned Danny his nickname 'The Hero'. Now that Moon has escaped prison, the people of Los Angeles are holding their breath. Only one man is believed to be able to ensnare the criminal and O'Brian is contacted again.

Very simple plot, but surprisingly decent playing from Norris and also Cannon regular Steve James is a lot better than usual here. Quite a bit of atmosphere and production value for a late Cannon production, by the way. Well worth it, sometimes even exciting.

This Chuck Norris movie
I rewatched yesterday evening
but I haven't seen it that often.
I disliked this movie
indeed less action
and there was not enough threat
in to make it a little exciting
to make.
No I say anyway
this is one of the least Norris movies.
Is it up to me now
but in this movie
I Chuck Norris less tough
happen to,
came at times
a little soft about it.
And oh yes
another very strange thing
the picture is not good
there are white stripes
at the top of the image,
it's not my television
but to the DVD itself 
well nothing to do 
in lower quality
so included i can say
because of those white stripes
were also in Delta force 2,
and Hellbound.
