In a town on the Texas border, Charlie fights crime as the Green Ghost, a masked Lucha Libre wrestler. When enemies search for an alien emerald, Charlie discovers he has superpowers. While the unconventional master Gin teaches him to fight, Charlie learns that he is part of a secret team that includes his childhood friend Marco and his sister. Together they are chosen to protect humanity from Drake, the embodiment of the Mayan apocalypse.
