Fu Xing Chuang Jiang Hu plot

Agent Walter Tso arrests Big Dai, the former leader of a criminal organization in Hong Kong. He does this in hopes that Big Dai will convince his brother Richard Mao to turn himself in to the police, but things go awry when Mao decides to take over the criminal organization. Big Dai is locked up in prison but Mao's men are everywhere and kill one of his informants. At a loss for what to do, Tso enlists the help of the Lucky Stars to rescue Big Dai and take down Mao and his organization.
