Thieves steal a valuable diamond from the Hong Kong museum and enlist the help of the CIA to recover it. The CIA sends their best man, Black Belt Jones, east to do the job. Meanwhile, the thieves feel guilty and have to watch helplessly as their boss mistreats his girlfriend.
