Death before Dishonor plot

Marine Sergeant Burns reports for duty at a US embassy in the Middle East. However, the ambassador's 'enlightened' views have severely limited the maritime security detachment he leads in their functions and presence to avoid upsetting the host government. As a result, when terrorists attack the compound, they can kidnap hostages and escape with little resistance. Burns ignores the ambassador's restrictions and throws the rulebooks out the window as he becomes a one-man army in an effort to save the hostages and wipe out the terrorists.
