At the end of the Vietnam War, Santos saves the life of POW McBain. Santos tears a hundred dollar bill in half, gives one half to McBain and says if you get the other half you can do something for me. In 1991 he gets the other half from Christine, Santos sister. McBain heads to Colombia to finish the job Santos was doing.

Mcbain is the type of The Expendables, but from the 90s. The film is not realistic, is full of flying bullets and explosions and has an old-fashioned entertaining atmosphere.
