DC Down plot

A violent earthquake occurs in Washington DC, causing the roof of the White House to collapse. President Powell and Vice President Jameson are imprisoned. Rescue specialist Lance Cushing and his seismologist fiancée are called in to rescue the two. Meanwhile, a dark plot is hatched.
