Mediocre film in which a security expert gets a job to protect a young, wealthy heiress. A mediocre action film in the 'seen it all before and better' category. Not equally credible everywhere and the characters are predictable. Noomi Rapace stands her ground and the interaction between her and the young heiress does yield some nice moments. Just not 3.0 stars.

Quite good.
The story is reasonable 13 in a dozen, but that's not so surprising when you start with a fairly basic action movie. This film does not pretend to be much anymore and therefore mainly focuses on action and thriller elements.
What is striking is that it is visually just a bit tighter. From the striking intro to the underwater fight scene, these are scenes that are way above what these types of movies normally show. The soundtrack is also slightly better.
Rapacen and Nélisse are both doing well, although their roles aren't too difficult either. They don't have much depth, but that hardly bothers in a film like this one either. And then neatly clocking in under 100 minutes .. quite a good movie from Jewson.
