"The Ipcress File's Harry Palmer is back.... and the Cold War is heating up again!"
When British agent Harry Palmer loses his job due to the end of the Cold War, he is approached by a Russian Alex. In St. Petersberg, Alex tells him about Russia's future plans, which have been disrupted by a biochemical weapon that has been stolen. Harry takes on the task and the trail soon leads to Beijing.
