Battle for Saipan plot
On July 7, 1944, a U.S. military hospital on the remote island of Saipan is overrun by Japanese troops in a relentless attack. Though they are out of luck and surrounded, surgeon Vic Webber must evacuate the building full of wounded Americans while defending against enemy soldiers. When ammo begins to run out, Webber and the others try to escape through an active minefield to avoid capture and certain death.
