Major Korenev, aka Fox, no longer wants to watch the mafia use corrupt politicians for its criminal activities. The Russian population has suffered for far too long. The mafia bosses only want one thing: Korenev's death and are willing to do anything for it. Soon a cat-and-mouse game begins in which bullets fly, blood flows and corpses fill the streets of Moscow.
