CIA agent Sean Davidson and his sidekick Carl must face off against sadistic British ex-soldier Mulgrew to rescue a pair of imprisoned Delta Force Commandos. When Sean, Carl and the beautiful doctor, Sarah, run into trouble, Joe Armstrong comes to the rescue to stop Mulgrew's evil plans.
