Aliens on Crack plot

It's a race against time to save humanity and its hybrids from the aliens who will do anything to get everyone addicted to crack. A man, equipped with his own crack factory, tries to do the opposite. He tries to make the aliens addicted. Therefore, so-called agents from the planet Re-Hab are sent to Earth to save the aliens from their addiction.
