Against the Law plot
Rex is a sniper who travels around to prove to everyone that he is the best and fastest sniper in the world. He is trying to build a reputation with this, so that a film is made about him in Hollywood. Then on TV he spots officer John Shepard and challenges him to a duel on the beach.
