Jason Momoa has teased details of his new villain in the upcoming instalment of the Fast and the Furious franchise, calling the character "sadistic".
The 10th entry in the series is stylised as Fast X and will be the direct sequel to F9 which was released in 2021.
It will star the usual ensemble cast of Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Tyrese Gibson, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Scott Eastwood, Michael Rooker, Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron.
Two newcomers to the series are Momoa, who will reportedly play the lead villain, and Oscar winner Brie Larson.
At the premier for the new season of Apple series, See, Momoa was asked about his experience filming for the movie as well as what we can expect from his villain.
“Time of my life," he responded to Variety.
"I get to be the bad guy finally. I’ve been the good guy for a while. He’s very sadistic and androgynous and he’s a bit of a peacock…
"He’s got a lot of issues, this guy. He’s definitely got some daddy issues.”
Fast X has already been through turmoil in production as one week into filming, director Justin Lin left the project after clashing with Diesel.
Several sources have reported tht Diesel showed up for filming out of shape and frequently forgot his lines.

Another figure who has clashed with Diesel previously is Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who left the franchise after clashing with his co-star.
The pair have been embroiled in a social media war ever since.
Diesel attempted to ask The Rock to come back via a post on Instagram, but it was labelled as "manipulation".
“This past June, when Vin and I actually connected not over social media, I told him directly — and privately — that I would not be returning to the franchise,” Johnson told CNN.
“I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return. I privately spoke with my partners at Universal as well, all of whom were very supportive as they understand the problem.
“Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding."
