The first trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine debuted at the Superbowl and within four days it became the most-watched movie trailer of all time.
From Superbowl Sunday to the following Wednesday, the trailer had been watched no less than 365 million times, according to Discussing Film.
The official premise for Deadpool & Wolverine reads:
'Wolverine is recovering from his injuries when he crosses paths with the loudmouth, Deadpool. They team up to defeat a common enemy.'
From the trailer, we see that Wade Wilson is recruited by the Time Variance Authority.

Within the list of the most-watched movie trailers in history, it is no surprise that superhero and comic book movies dominate the views. No less than seven trailers in the top 10 are movies within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
There are two movies that actually have two trailers in the top 10 - Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Both the teaser trailers and the final trailers feature in the top 10.
The second most-watched trailer of all time is the conclusion to Tom Holland's Spider-Man trilogy - Spider-Man: No Way Home.
There is only one animated film in the top 10 and that is Disney's live-action remake of The Lion King, while IT is the only horror trailer to make the list.
