Retroactive plot
When Karen's car breaks down in the middle of a highway, Frank picks her up. Frank and his girlfriend are involved in some robbery, and after some murders by Frank, Karen finally manages to escape. She ends up in a laboratory experimenting with time travel. She asks if she can be sent back in time to prevent the murders. However, several attempts come to nothing.
