The Christmas Ornament plot
Recently widowed, Kathy decides to avoid Christmas this year because she doesn't want to have memories of her late husband. The only tradition she participates in is baking cookies for her friends, a passion she has had since childhood. Kathy meets handsome Tim who owns a Christmas tree shop. Kathy starts to get in the mood for the season again with their chemistry and an ornament that Tim gives her and symbolizes hope. Though Kathy considers dating Tim, she struggles to strike a balance between preserving her husband's memory and moving forward with her own future. Is the Christmas ornament a sign that she can have a hopeful future?
