Ama no Bakemono Yashiki plot

Yumi is a 'girl diver'; she dives in shallow waters for oysters, other shellfish delicacies and eventually for pearls, like many other poor women from her village. She comes from a wealthy family, but an earthquake that occurred when she was a child buried their family treasure. In doing so, she lost her sister. One day, when she thinks she has met her sister's ghost, she tells Kyouko, a friend who works for the police. The ghost has told Yumo where to find the cave where the family treasure is located. Kyoko begins an investigation and discovers that a bunch of criminals are also looking for a way to find the family treasure.
