It's Spring Break and Lagoona takes her friends on a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef, only to find themselves stranded on a mysterious island shaped like a skull instead. They enjoy the local hospitality until they discover that a sneaker named Farnum is using them to trap the rarest monster - the Beast. Frankie is captured by the Beast, but in the end it is she who rescues him and returns with him to Monster High. Things really get out of hand when they realize Frankie inadvertently led Farnum to the largest collection of monsters...: Monster High.
