Wild Company plot
"The Jazz Mad Younger Generation Challenges Tradition"
While influential citizen Henry Grayson celebrates the election of the new mayor, his children Larry and Anita party at a beach club. Larry gets drunk and then his girlfriend Natalie leaves him. Larry visits a drinking establishment where he meets singer and gangster sweetheart Sally Curtis. Sally's boyfriend, the criminal Joe Hardy, advises her to stage a play for Larry so that Larry's father's influence can come in handy in the future. However, Larry falls in love with Sally and showers her with precious gifts at his father's expense. Fearing that his father will disapprove of his romance with Sally, Larry leaves the family home and becomes involved in a robbery at a roadhouse.
