La Regina degli Uomini Pesce plot

In a ruined city in the grip of a gang, two teenagers escape. By chance, they meet Socrates, a man who leads them to a small tropical island that has apparently remained free from the nuclear holocaust. However, the island is dominated by a queen who uses a hybrid race of fish-humans to terrorize and subjugate the population to their will. The two boys decide to team up with a heroic princess, who leads the revolution to overthrow the evil queen.
