Build a Ship, Sail to Sadness plot

An absurdist musical travel story. The film follows a young man, Vincent, who travels lonely on his moped through a deserted mountain region. He sees it as his mission to heal the loneliness of the few residents who live there in isolation and he does this by going to them with a mobile disco. Driven by a messianic determination and an addiction to petrol fumes, he struggles to maintain his crumbling ideal in this hostile landscape, while also battling the stubborn indifference of the local population.
