Penrod and Sam plot

Penrod Schofield and Sam Williams have formed a secret boys' club, but it's only for tough guys. Penrod and Sam, however, are forced to make an exception for the unsympathetic Rodney Bitts. Rodney's father has bought the land on which their clubhouse is located. Penrod learns that his beloved dog Duke has been run over by a car. But when he wants to bury Duke near his clubhouse, Penrod is chased away by Rodney's father.
