"The Nightmare Begins With The Kids Next Door"
Debbie, Steven and Curtis are all born during a total solar eclipse. This makes them different from other children and they start killing innocent people at the age of ten. There is great panic in their hometown and everyone wonders who the killer could be. But no one suspects those little sweet children.

A peeping hole. There is a lot of beautiful things to see there, but you can also do something else with it. Hunt apparently liked the idea so much that he used it several more times. The first is the best as always. It is also the best (attempted) murder, although that is mainly because the rest is a bit disappointing. Sloppy and far from convincing, as is the case with most of this film. There is plenty of inspiration, but talent is less available. Yet, in addition to eighties cock and the much-needed nudity, it has a major asset. In triplicate, two of which steal the show. Curtis and Debbie. Pretty rude what they do. And with whom. And how they react. You would want to wring their necks. Nipped enough mainly by them. And the reason why they are so messed up.

Mediocre horror work. The story is not very complicated and is poorly explained. The effect is otherwise quite ok. The film flows smoothly without being boring. Some scenes are quite exciting, others very predictable and therefore sometimes laughable. It doesn't get really bloody. The acting isn't very good. The kids are still going. Could be better. 2.0/2.5

Quite a nice horror film about three vicious children who sometimes act cunningly, but sometimes also very quickly and without thinking. As a viewer you should not look for motifs or story here. Sufficiently entertaining. The film has its charms. 6/10
