The Calling plot
Kristie St. Clair has everything she wants: the ideal family, a beautiful home, and a good job. Her life would be perfect without the memory of her traumatic wedding night and the disappearance of Sammy, the son of their friends Elizabeth and Jack Plummer. When her best friend is murdered and a mysterious cab driver gives her an old piece of parchment, Kristie uncovers a diabolical pact in which her husband and Elizabeth appear to be involved.
