For 23-year-old Timmy, life is still very magical. He avoids responsibilities by being much younger in his heart than he actually is. He is still in fifth grade so he can keep his 'Fairy Godparents' Wanda, Cosmo and Poof. When his childhood friend Tootie returns, he is attracted to her.
