Mediocre par excellence. The songs could also be a bit catchier. But still quite watchable because of Ashley Tisdale, bright colours and the fact that I like these kinds of videos.

High School Musical's Sharpay Evans [Ashley Tisdale] gets a casting call for a Broadway play based on a promo video. Her father [Robert Curtis Brown] rents a penthouse in New York for a month, and her mother [Jessica Tuck] enlists the help of Peyton [Austin Butler] through a college friend to keep an eye on things. Of course, she has to deal with a few setbacks in the run-up to the positive ending in this cheerful, innocent trifle. Dog lovers take note: you get what you pay for! Bradley Steven Perry is funny as Sharpay's arch-rival.
