We follow the outgoing president of an undisclosed country. He is having a hard time relinquishing his title, not least because of all the additional benefits it gave him. To make matters worse, his successor, the new president Vlastik Klein, wants to claim the beautiful villa of his predecessor and turn it into a shopping center, if he does not publicly support him.
