La Proie plot
A robber escapes from prison to hunt down his ex-cellmate, a serial killer who has tried to blame himself for his crimes. A policewoman is tasked with tracking down and arresting the robber, who has reluctantly become public enemy number one. Each of the protagonists will have to go to extremes. The question, however, is who ultimately is the hunter and who is the prey.

Excellent film in which a robber in prison helps his cellmate out of the fire. An excellent and entertaining plot. Certainly not always believable (the main character is almost a kind of superman), but full of exciting and adrenaline-increasing chase scenes in which good use is made of the locations.

Reasonable action thriller. The story is not very original and sometimes a bit unbelievable, but it is skillfully worked out by Valette. The build-up is good and the pace is high. As a viewer you will never be bored. There is plenty of action and tension. The action scenes aren't great, but they look good. Visually, the film looks neat. The acting is otherwise okay. Entertaining movie. 3.5
