La Conquête plot
The story is about French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his rise to power. Through flashbacks, the film begins in 2002, when then-President Jacques Chirac informs him that he would not make Sarkozy Prime Minister. From that moment on we see how Sarkozy makes his way to the top but sees his marriage on the rocks.
