"Like monsters out of the deep they came ashore... two men out to seize a million dollar haul!"
Bill Harper is a janitor at an apartment complex, but he can't seem to find happiness in his life. He comes up with the idea of robbing a bank on an island, using scuba gear. He manages to get an accomplice along and the job goes well until they are back in the water and the accomplice has a heart attack. Then an oxygen tank is also shot by an officer and everything seems to go wrong...
