All the men fall for Fanette (Catherine Deneuve). But Fanette is a career woman who has no time for a relationship. In addition, she cannot let go of her ideal man, Philip, whom she has not seen since her college years. One day, she receives a mysterious letter from Philip, asking her to meet him atop the Empire State Building. Fanette travels to New York, hoping to see her old lover again.
