Art of Submission plot

"Fists up, Chin down..."

Johnny leads a meager existence as a car mechanic with his father. At night, he rushes to the MMA gym to train with his mentor Gene in an attempt to become a professional MMA fighter. Until he falls for his teacher's daughter. In an effort to earn some extra money for his young family, Johnny takes a job in the steroid trade. When the case comes to light, he tries to cement his relationship with his family. However, he finds out that talent alone is not enough and needs to find the true meaning of the word 'submission'.
