'Berlin Babylon' shows the reconstruction of Berlin in an almost Koyaanisqatsi-like way. The reconstruction from 1989, when large tracts of land in the center of Berlin became available for new developments. Germany then had internationally renowned architects such as Rem Koolhaas, Renzo Piano and Ieoh Ming Pei.
